Michael Garcia, P.A. was founded in 2015 on a simple premise: fight hard for clients, communicate honestly, and never lose sight of the people behind the case. The firm is led by founding attorney Michael Garcia, whose background includes serving as assistant city attorney for the cities of Miramar and Lauderdale Lakes, city attorney for North Lauderdale, and special counsel for the Town of Pembroke Park. He also currently serves as outside counsel to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office. That public-sector background, paired with more than 250 trials of courtroom experience, shapes how the firm approaches every construction lien, property dispute, and business conflict it takes on.

Today, Michael Garcia, P.A. represents businesses, contractors, and property owners across Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties, with a growing team built around the same no-nonsense, communication-first approach Michael started the firm on. He serves clients in both English and Spanish.

- As a Committee Member and Ambassador for the American Lung Association's LUNG FORCE Turquoise Takeover, in 2026 Michael competed as a Celebrity Dancer in the annual Sunset Soirée "Dancing with the Stars" fundraiser, helping raise funds in the fight against lung disease, including more than $280,000 in a single year's Turquoise Takeover Challenge alone. In 2018, the American Lung Association presented him with its Raising the Bar Award for rallying multiple South Florida municipalities to participate in Turquoise Takeover Week.
